Permafrost Mercenary build

By looking at your gear I'm impressed you got to 94, I think headhunter just hard carried you to that point.

There is literally no piece of gear you couldn't upgrade for as low as a couple divs.

Also I'll say you should go full evasion gear because it scales way better for sorcery ward, ditch the hybrid stuff. You don't need max life on it too because your life will be sorc ward so go for the highest evasion gear you can afford.

Your weapon is just bad beside the +6. Get one with high phys damage, it scales so much better. At worst it can have a very good t1 cold damage roll but full phys is for sure better.

Let me just start by saying, it shows that you're probably very new to the game.

In order to not overwhelm you with information, or discourage you by absolutely roasting the shit of what you're currently doing - especially that you now have your character available on poe ninja - I'd suggest using the tool to look at what other people are doing with the skills that interest you.

Secondly, i'd suggest taking the time to think about what you're even doing by reading what your skills and support gems do. For example, the Arbiter is a singular boss with no adds and your permafrost bolt skill contains a support gem that reloads your crossbow when you kill something. I'm sure you understand that in order to kill the arbiter easier, you don't really need to have something that will only ever trigger once you kill the arbiter.

You're not stuck, you're just a bit lost and are trying your hardest to find shortcuts. Take your time, understand what it is you and other people are doing.

I’m not online atm, and I see you got some advice, but I have some gear I crafted for attack builds that isnt selling as well as I was hoping, I’ll be online in 1,5-2hrs.

Look into Hyrris Ire unique armour. It's what I run on my cold mercenary build. Really good defensively and adds cold damage. Pretty cheap to buy too.

Get some more spirit so you can run Eternal rage and swap Ice Bite 2 with Bhatair's Vengance. All your single target comes from Frag rounds effect vs frozen targets, so maybe some Sine Aequo which help you freeze faster and do 24% more damage to frozen. One of your last goals should be getting a Rakiata's Flow, since that will flip bosses big cold resistance to negative resistance. Before that point, some cold penetration on jewels or elemental exposure through frost bomb will help.
