Someone help me through the appeal process

Hopefully someone who is familiar with xhs can help me through this. I’m a US netizen who recently made an account on xhs. My account has been suspended of functionality — I can’t post, comment, or send messages. I can still like and watch, follow, but that’s about it. I don’t know how long this is, but it says my account is “illegal”, so I’m trying to appeal my account. I posted two videos from TikTok, which I think is what got me in trouble (although I didn’t get an explanation as to why) and which I later deleted. When I try to appeal the account, it asks me for my ID, but I have no idea what I’m supposed to enter there. I can’t appeal the posts, because the ones that I thought were problematic are now deleted. (The language barrier in the help portal is also a struggle.) Anyone have any advice?
