Shopping on rednote
I'm an American and when I go to try and use the shop I get an error message saying "Function upgrade, not open". Do they not ship to America? My app is updated as well.

not able to change ID/ user name on red note
I downloaded red note a few days ago, but didn’t open it until today. My friend was able to set up her account just fine, she was able to change her ID/username and set a selfie for her profile photo. But when i try, it gives me this error message “region currently not supported “ when I try to change my ID/username. I also updated my profile photo and it randomly changed itself back to a default photo of a broccoli. I’ve seen others have the same issue. does anyone know how to fix this?

Update: Account Restiction (slightly good ending)

Emailing them DOES work to some degree however I had to email them multiple times, I even had them initially email me claiming I did not contact the support email first before emailing the creator email even though I did twice. After showing them the screenshots and explaining everything multiple times I got my account restored. I do not know how long it lasts but I do want to tell everyone here whos going through the same problem that yes they can give you your account back, however it is very slow and you may have to email them multiple times. No disrespect to the international team for Rednote I'm sure there is only so much you can do, but this is still quite frustrating to deal with but I do appreciate a solution is within reach, you just have to fight for it unfortunately.

Got "forever/permanently banned" on Rednote - pls help
So it says that I violated 2 rules. One being something along the lines of obtaining another users details to scam them. The other being that I'm impersonating someone else. I think I did violate the first rule by accident - someone messaged me cause they were in my city. As we got chatting a bit more, the other person also clearly told me the company name that they work at (I didn't say where I worked). I think that was how I violated the first rule, it was by accident 😭 For the second rule, I'm still confused, I'm not impersonating anyone at all?? I literally only have 2 posts, one being a "anyone wanna meet up in xxx city?", and the other being a "here's a beach i just went to on Saturday"... I've appealed once, but got rejected within half an hour. I'm so lost, and I really want to keep this account. I've already got in touch with the rednote live chat people, they just told me to wait for the next round of appeals (in 5 days). But honestly, i'm so scared of it getting rejected again. Do anyone have any clue what I can do? 😭💔💔💔

I need help getting into a buy group chat
The author said that the information was in their profile and I'm assuming that this is it. I'm guessing green bubble is a type of messenger app but I'm unsure if it's line, Whatsapp or something else that nearly Chinese exclusive like rednote used to be. Please help I really need these pins. They are some of the best I've seen for this character

Is there any way to make two accounts?
I really want to make a second account dedicated to my art, but it won’t let me verify it with one phone number. I only have access to one, is there any way around this? I know of burner numbers, but I don’t really want to pay a subscription like that for an account. Thanks for the help.
