Maybe try deleting your cashe and app data? Just don't delete the app, you wont be able to redownload it on IOS.

Download VPN and set your location to Canada. Then open the TikTok app and change your location on the app to US.

I created my account in Canada and saw some posts about this issue on here and someone posted the above solution, which fixed mine for me.

Be patient you'll probably phase in. Apps have to be updated and such just give it a day before you lose your mind

it seems like it's still down in many places. I also received this message. Looks like that area hasn't been backed up yet. Each place is backing up one by one to avoid server crashes. And I will wait until the SD server comes back online or until there is any positive signal.

Same problem here. I created my account in another country, idk if that’s the problem but I’ve seen some users that have the same problem and most of the created their accounts abroad US
