Thing is I offloaded the app on my end completely unaware that it would be unbanned once more. Now I can’t reinstall the app cuz of what I said in the title.
I deleted tiktok the night before bc i thought it was going to be gone forever 😭😭 now I regret it. It’s the only way for me to stay up to date with global news

Doubtful. Apple and Google could be subjected to major fines for hosting the app. There is no incentive for them to offer it right now.
It hasn't been fully unbanned. The deadline was just put in place so that another buyer can step forward. America/Trump will own 50% of the app after the current deal. Once that deal is reached, the apps will be back on the app store.

I got the app back after I deleted it yesterday morning (Working as of Jan. 20)
Use Hotspot VPN and change it to the UK (it’s free)
Change App Store region to the UK (have to spend all the money on your account balance if you want to do that) it is crucial for the next step
Search up TikTok after the App Store refreshes and then download TikTok
It’s gonna take a while, took about 45 mins to download for me
Once it’s downloaded change the region back to USA and turn off your hotspot
Login to your account just like normal 👍👍👍
