Tiktok censorship?

Hi I'm in the UK but I'm seeing a lot of US posts on TT saying that certain hashtags are not showing any results for them, such as #democrat #womenshealth and so on. Is this true?!

Looks like the US got a "tampered" version back after "they" messed with the algorithm and blocked search results. What a bunch of snowflakes...

Yeah. I deleted the app. It's a pile of shit.

I dont post on tiktok, but my friends had posts removed on Sunday. Posts and comments that had been up for months/years suddenly removed.

Certain searches come up with no results when they definitely did before.

My fyp used to be nerd stuff. Video games, d&d, anine and whatnot.

Now 95% of my fyp is just far right-wing rhetoric. I never got political videos before and now it's pushing right-wing political agenda at me like crazy. Feels like they made it into a propganda machine overnight. No more funny videos just stuff praising trump and demonizing leftists and democrats.

Like just show me my memes and cat videos like before .... I hate it. I deleted the app, it's so worthless now
