Wanting to post content

Hi, so I’ve been wanting to post about substance use disorder and harm reduction based content on TikTok. I’m a grad student and learning about substance use . I think it’s cool to learn about drugs and pharmacology and want to share that but everything is censored. Does anyone know how to get around this? An example I know like for weed people herbal health
