I recently got my account suspended because TikTok couldn't confirm I "met the age requirement to be on the app" I sent an appeal and they asked for my parents email as well. I sent in the wrong email and I'm currently trying to use the "send another email" option to send in the correct one but whenever I type in my parents email and try to submit it the error "Something went wrong. Please try again" keeps popping up and it prevents me from sending in my parents email so they can verify my age. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this?
