I tried appealing but to no avail. I seen tons of people post similar content to mine (unboxing hauls of clothing item reps) and they got tons of views (like 32k or more) and they didnt get banneed. I post a vid on my account with not even 1000 views and i get perm banned
You did something they didn't. According to this a real person reviewed the automated ban and upheld it.
"We do not allow the trade or marketing of regulated, prohibited, or high-risk goods and services. This includes alcohol, tobacco products, regulated substances, firearms and other dangerous weapons, sexual services, animals, counterfeit goods, and instructions on how to manufacture regulated substances or firearms."

Submit an appeal and explain what you explained here and that you didn’t realize that people could take the video as an advertisement and not you just sharing the product without intentionally trying to sell it. Be nice, say you’re sorry jr won’t happen again that that the rules have been made clear. They should give it back.
