Trying to Download Tiktok Data

Hey, as the title suggests, I am trying to download my TikTok data, but for some odd reason, it keeps saying 'network error.' First off, my network/Wi-Fi is fine, and secondly, I already tried logging out and logging back in, but it still didn't work! I entered my password correctly, yet it refuses to give me my data. So, I’m wondering—has TikTok stopped allowing people to download their data altogether, or is it just me?

I'm also having this issue and have ensured content blockers have been disabled and browser privacy/security settings relaxed from 'strict'.

My download was a series of text files and none of the videos I have uploaded over nearly six years
