Report an impersonator?

I am constantly getting verification emails, on both my email, daily. I am not subscribed to tiktok. Someone is trying to use my emails to subscribe to the service. And for the first six months it was cute, but I'm getting these annoying verification emails constantly, almost daily. I'd like for them to stop, but I cannot report them, since reporting problems is only reserved to registered users. I have never registered, and even if I tried, the emails are already in use, hence the issue. How can I contact tiktok to get those accounts blacklisted, or even getting my peraonal emails blacklisted? It is extremely tiresome.
