this has happened to me before, i just made a new account, but now it happened again, so i guess this is the only way. But im scared to put so much info, what can they do with my data? Is there another way i can use my account again without giving my full name and passport? i met some cool people there and i wish i could still contact them.
Never had this happen but just make another account if you’re too worried. Although personally I believe every single app and website out there steals your data nonetheless.

I did. They took my data and my account is still blocked. They are rejecting appeals with no reason. Just get rid of this app.
this happened to my mom lately. She also "lost" her xhs account twice. Now she makes a new one which is connected to google, but few days later, her account is restricted for no reason and she can't posts at all.
