Made a wechat acc but same phone no. as xhs acc that's perma-view (potentially soon to be banned I think)

Hi all, I got hit with the arbitrary restriction as well and bc I haven't renewed my passport and the sheer confusion of trying to get my acc back, I decided to make a wechat acc in preparation incase when my acc gets banned and if be able to make a new xhs acc.

but I've alr used my current phone number to this soon to be banned acc and the wechat acc was created with the same number, does this mean I can't use the wechat acc to make a new xhs acc? Unless I make another wechat acc without my phone no. to create a new xhs acc?

Maybe it's common sense but I'm at my wits end, If anyone has any advice or clue on what to do, I'll be very grateful and thankful for the help.
