I see this happening in my maps too.. like other than hopefully finding a different tower in range, and using a grand whatever tablet.. how do you get to those?

That circle thingy is jade island btw, it can drop rakiata flow. Make sure you use the tablet vision of paradise.

You should clear the other 2 notes adjacent to it
