German Telekom?

Telekom issue. I have glass fiber and still it's unplayable. Need to use VPN, connect to Netherlands and play on Amsterdam server. This solved it for me most of the times.

Network latency spikes. For me it happens on weekends midday Saturday or Sunday, when it seems busier than usual.

/clear, or join an empty global/trade chat. Been an issue for a long time. It may not be this but it is a fix for many. Anytime somebody sends a message in chat it spikes your ping for some.

Also never ever ever use London server, its been near unplayable for over a year.
