I’m currently sitting on about 300 div.
Is there any realistic way to turn this into something actually good without burning through my savings, or should I just sell the base as-is?
I honestly don’t even know how to estimate the value of this, so any rough estimation (or advice on what to do next) would be really appreciated.

If crafting, you’d want to fracture +7 then chaos spam T1 phys % and start the craft there. If fracture misses, you’re going to have to hope the perf regal hit something valuable.

If you have enough currency to determine the whole craft, craft it. If you don't have enough currency, sell it.

Slam some ex and see if this is going somewhere if not now you have a fractured based you can easily get 2 t1 prefix with chaos spam. Chaos t1 and ex until you get 2 t1 prefix and discrete the third. Onslaught free you just have to gamble the last suffix. Pretty straight forward craft here just time consuming
When your 70 hours in and understand nothing about divs 🤷🏻♂️

Sell, there’s a reason why reverse rarity is the meta, odds are you’ll spend more crafting it to be perfect than the base is worth especially if corrupting it bricks the item, if you get these you will eventually be able to afford the perfect one instead of playing a certain level of chance
Essence regal for attack speed or crit, add desecrated mod but don’t reveal and then fracture if it hits +7 you made huge money and someone else can finish it with mirrors of mats
