Same happened to me 

I can't remember in what patch it ended but this is how every single delerium used to start for me. Run through the mirror, no enemies for about 10 seconds and suddenly 80 mobs spawn right on top of you. It literally stopped me playing the league lol Glad they just moved the feature in to another part of the code! xD

I have no trouble clearing literally any other content in the game but this jacked up monkey on steroids gives me trouble every single time 🤣
