Solution for "Frankfurt (EU)" with Deutsche Telekom

hi fellow exiles,

since Frankfurt has become unplayable again since a few days I wanted to inform about the solution I found that works for me. I live in the OAL-area/Bavaria and simply couldn't play since weekend.

There is no real technical solution, by the way. The problem stems from Telekom peering strategies and their overwhelming desire to earn money on everyone's back.

What works for me was simply switching to "Milan (EU)". You have to change some other setting (and change it back directly) for the save-prompt. At least on console. The I force-close the game client and start back in.

Result is a totally fine, stable gameplay with some lag, I guess induced from latency. But I adapted fast and was able to run temple and some maps yesterday for three hours.

If "Milan" doesn't work for you, try through the other game servers. Hopefully you find the one that's working for you.
