Looking for crossbow build that utilizes full physical crossbow and no crit.

Galvanic Shards + Shockburst Rounds will be perfect (Witchunter)

You will explode the screen and melt bosses.

Basically you need to shock bosses with Galvanic Shards then you go SR and their life becomes a loading bar.

Permafrost + frag would convert all that phys to cold, more or less.

I play a explosive shot / Oil/explostive/gas grenade spammer. With a bit of fail purchases and testing I found out that gains fire damage or adds fire damage works better on my mostly fire build than pure phys, yet your crossbow has so much phys that it might work again, but waaaay our of my financial options.

With auto reload from heavy stun and that high phys, it should work well as explosive shot spammer, too

You can play every skill with a physical crossbow, there’s nothing that doesn’t scale with physical damage, even if they convert part of that damage to elemental. Just play whichever skill feels best to you. If there is a specific reason you want to scale phys damage only, I would suggest Siege Cascade if you are Tactician and Gas Grenade if you are anything else (especially Pathfinder, but you can make it work with any class or ascendancy). You can pair Gass Grenade with armour break and do some decent single target damage with High Velocity and Fragmentation Rounds too. Jazzarus made a cool Shaman gas grenade build, you can use it as a blueprint.
