I've killed her a bunch of times... I've been doing 75%, 50%, 25% damage phases to where she gets each wisp added. I wait long enough for all 3 spirits to effect boss.
No Sprit Drop reward. Quest never completes.
Help... im level 96 and i still cant complete this quest.
"Roving Spirits" never shows complete. You never find the "secret" of the azmeri. You just get the book, totalling 100 spirit after everything. Are you saying you only have 60 spirit?
The wisps dont give spirit, killing Lythara does?
I only have 70 base...

Maybe you messed up your filter? Have you tried pressing alt?
I think it's bugged in the UI. Like it won't show that you finished it.
Do you have 100 Spirit base?
Just a man and his crossbow. Mercenary is duelist persona tuned up to 11 and I love it.
