Heroic Tragedy is the best Divine sink

Until this league, I was always hesitant to actually use divine orbs. I would occasionally use it to improve my weapon but it only served as trading currency for me. But, man, this has changed!

Now, one of my daily entertainments is to re-roll these jewels with the excess divine from the temple. The combination of Oracle ascendency and this jewel is so exciting to explore for my build.

As an Oracle, you would want to take as many keystone notables as possible. But sometimes the downside is too big. With these jewels, i can simply transform the keystone to something entirely amazing. For example you can give up 300 hp from 150 str in exchange for %75 increased maximum energy shield!! Then you can simply pick multiple notables in the radius that give ridiculous bonuses. My favorites so far are:

- 40% increased maximum energy shield

- 40% increased melee damage

- 10% increased attack speed

My current roll gave me 6 of the notable nodes above!

There was also a roll with 5x%40 increase fire damage and 1 of the %40 increase elemental damage. But unfortunately i don’t have much fire in my wolf build.

A tip for re-rolling with divines: buy two uncorrupted jewels. Divine them until at least one of them is usable. Then you should only divine the other jewel and replace only if there is an improvement. This way, a bad roll doesn’t break your build and you can afford to continue sinking the divines until you get the best combination.

It is a lot cheaper just to buy one, test it and then throw it back up for sale at the same price if it's not good for your build. Lot of people are doing this so you can cycle through them pretty fast and it costs you nothing.

I got a heroic tragedy before I knew you could just reroll it with divines, got it cheap but it only gave me 1 or 2 nodes and I was mostly using it for the extra ES from strength. Well I sold a vertex for like 1700 div and decided to reroll it a bit too. Wound up with 2x 40% ES nodes, 2x phys damage nodes and 1 spell damage node for only like 50 div worth of rerolling. Went from 7k ES to 9k, and 30k phys damage on entangle to almost 50k. Best investment is made all league!

I found a similar thing with Undying Hates. I would buy all the cheapest on the market, check them, and if they were somewhat decent I would gamble them with the craniums, looking for my notables. Once I finally had one or two decent jewels with my notables I would just spam divines at them looking for an upgrade but when it's a 1/4 to hit the correct keystone you go though a lot of divines.

Tbh what I was doing was buying any non Vorana jewels and hitting them with a couple divs til I hit Vorana. At the time I could get them for 150ex when a div was 300ish? If I hit in 1 or 2 I could check and resell for a little profit if I didn't like it. 3 rolls was roughly breaking even, and any more I was down. I didn't really make a lot but I also spent very little and I got to check a ton of jewels til I found one that really worked for me

The ultimate best div sink is a 4 unrevealed mods undying hate + all the jewels nodes allocated

this is so incredibly inefficient use of divine funds - buy a couple til you find someone who is working on listing a whole ton of them and just buy inventory after inventory from them. In the end keep the best one and just sell the leftover ones, so total cost is some gold and however much 1 heroic tragedy costs...

Is there a source that tells you what all the heroric tragedy jewels do?
