Lucky drop crafting help (Staff)

Hi all,

I dislike these threads myself, but I am at a loss, so I come asking for help. I dropped this as is, with the exception of the desecrated all spells (was int). I dropped on it essence of abyss, desecrated and ended with +5 spells, which i divined to 6 spells.

How would you proceed please? I seem to be able to whittle + chaos orb away the mana / life per enemy killed, hoping for crit damage / crit chance / cast speed. I've never really used whittles (have few from doing some rituals), so not sure if thereis any way to improve my chance.. I tried to simulate using www.craftofexile.com, and it seemed about 50/50 whether I end up with high tier int / other undesirable stat that I cannot remove anymore.

Should I use perfect chaos / greater chaos? I imagine the two spell damages are good. I have ~3000k div spare, so can try to profit craft if it makes sense. Not for personal use.

I tried price checking as is, but i needed to lower the stats quite a bit and it seems to then be around ~200div.
