I tried witchunter's decimating strike with 221% increased culling threshold and palm of the dreamer, and it was fun

The idea here is that if you can get at least 217% increased culling threshold, then decimating strike's minimum 5% damage (which is applied before the cull check) will make any hit instantly kill any normal mob. The palm of the dreamer blows up the culled normals to help kill the magic and rare monsters.

Any normal pack, regardless of how high level or map mods, dies instantly as soon as you hit it even for 1 damage.

Arc with dominus grasp kills everything so fast, so far off screen, the maps feel empty. At least until you run into a rare that didn't die from a palm of the dreamer explosion... I didn't solve single target damage yet. Also didn't work on defenses yet and passive tree is totally messed up from an experiment, build is wip.

The idea is cool but I am sure palm of the dreamer instant kill all white mobs on any builds anyway… IIRC when doing full cull threshold stacking you can just use lightning warp to infinite teleport that might be more useful.

With 100 weapon set skill points, you can just fit an entirely different build in there for single target dps. Maybe the oil grenade stacking ignite? Guaranteed crit shield wall should also do a lot of damage, but you have to sacrifice the chest slot for endurance charge generation.

Just a heads up, don't try Simulacrum because the POPS from Palm of The Dreamer don't work against Delirium monsters. The same applies to Delirium maps.

Not once in my 13 years playing poe have I ever thought about how to kill white mobs better.

Main issue with this (and culling in general) is that it checks their HP to see whether it culls on hit, not after the effects of the hit, unless they’ve changed it since the last time i played around with it. I had a point of culling white mobs at something like 60%, but I’d often hit them of like 80% of their hp in one hit, so regardless it still took 2 hits to kill them. Fine for faster weapons, but sometimes very frustrating.

Sorc ward and concentration feel better imo though, although culling/decimating are fantastic levelling tools.
