Poisonburst PF - What am I doing wrong?

The iron ring is bunk, has no damage on it. You don't have +projectile skills on the bow or the amulet or the quiver. The jewels are all bad. You don't need attack speed for poison burst. You want damage and crit chance.

You need a better bow and more flat damage on your rings. Attack speed helps stack poison too.

Also look for an amulet with +30 spirit so you can get buffs for defense. Grab any quarterstaff with high attack speed you can find, and use curse of chaylula to weaken bosses to chaos dmg.

When you get headhunter it will be night and day. Your bow shouldn’t have attribute requirements reduction or mana leech but it’s alright till you get a jewel with 2% mana per kill.

So basically figure out a way to get headhunter, it’s cheap I think I dunno haven’t played in a week

An easy way would prolly be expedition splinters from going on expeditions from logbooks, look up YouTube for that.

The biggest thing you can do at this moment is getting: a weapon/quiver/amulet with +attack skills or +projectile skills (it's super strong in poe2) and maybe get a heart of the well with % extra damage as "insert damage type here", dump the radius jewel and get the unique radius jewel with 1 or 2 different % extra damage as "insert damage type here". The start of the build is a bit wonky, but it gets a lot better! :)

Get + to Skills on your bow, amulet and quiver, it'll boost your damage a lot .

Bro, trust me, first find people looking out for temple leechers. You will get paid like 10-15 divs per run. And you will level a lot. Sometimes, if they are generous, they will give you divs if they find a lock or a mirror. Second, you look up on PoE Ninja Poisonburst Pf builds and try to get things like, for example, a better bow, which should cost you a couple of divs. You don’t buy stuff 1:1; you rather look out for similar things all builds have in common.

I can appreciate how much easier it feels to just follow a build guide... buut being a new player there are things you need to learn in order to understand the game, things of which you just wont get from a build blueprint.

I strongly recommend you make a new toon on the side as a side project look at all the skills, find two that look good one for clearing and one for bossing. From there you just walk through the game, use the craft orbs you find. Experiment with different supports, read everything and be patient with yourself. It is a lot of information ;P but its much more fun when you think of it like an adventure. In anycase GL and HF exile.

I have made my own take on poison burst without crit granted that some of my items are very expensive but perhaps my tree could assist you to get some extra damage. I do tier 16 maps comfortably.

My gear sucks too but I started using toxic growth with poison spores and short fuse to clear and it worked pretty good alternating that with poisonburst arrow
