Any advice for my Stormweaver CoC Build

Stormweaver has one of the most truly broken builds this patch, and you're nowhere near it. It blows COE-type Doedre's out of the water. It's...Frostbolt and Snakepit. Your gear is pretty damn spectacular, and the talent tree is basically the same no matter what build you are, so it's a fairly easy transition.

Spark is pretty damn lackluster at end game. Thanks to the heavy handed Spark nerfs in 0.2, it is very rapidly out-scaled. If you need a copy of the build, I can show you mine. Message me if you like. There are some AI slop videos, but they aren't really running an optimized version.
