Sell it buy one thats not perfect rolled youll have to finish div it anyway for other mods but some dont think about that

+3 fracture cant be re rolled to a +4 so its not ideal

I can only assume you are making a ranger amulet. Follow Fubguns crafting guide on mobalytics. Made a similar one a few days ago with that method.

Add random suffix > omen of dextral crystal + essence of enhancment to get global def > catalyzing exalt with defence cata and pray you hit %ES or flat Es or even %evasion.

Desecrate for a crit mod and pray for last suffix.
