Pants is from current mystery box the mannequinn fleshveil variant

Back attachment is from poe1 shop divergent wings

Weapon skin is from current mystery box

Weapon effect is divergent weapon effect

Pet is from poe1 shop celestial cat pet

Other pet is from poe2 shop just the exalted orb

Lastly you need character skin from current mystery box otherwise it looks weird (lower body has massive cuts that show skin that makes you look perv lol)
