New to the game need some advice for building a stormweaver

Right now I’m a level 55 stormweaver and im trying to get my build straight is it better to go straight int, or int/str or int/dex. I was wanting to kinda build a tank lightning wizard but idk if thats the right direction. Thank you in advance and any other tips you may have for a stormweaver are appreciated!!

put whatever you need for minimums into str and dex to equip whatever equipment you need, everything else goes into INT for mana
