Ran Titan in 0.3.
My suggestions would be

Use Blood Magic. You can then drop mana leech in favor of more useful stats (attack speed on gloves, for example). The life cost should feel trivial (it always feels like getting infinite mana when I make the switch).

Flat attack damage on rings and gloves makes a huge difference. It might be pretty expensive though… you can “craft” your own by purchasing cheap/crappy gloves with a single good suffix (resists are ok; melee skills would be ideal but it’s very difficult to recombine), recombining them to clear everything except two suffixes, then greater exalt slam and pray for flat attack (perfect exalt slam would be better, but I assume from your gear you might not have a lot of currency).
The rings are expensive, especially with catalyst prices being what they are. A semi-decent flat attack ring will cost more than 100 div. What you can do is: pick up any ilvl 75+ magic ring that you find, annul off the mods, and slam perfect augments. Do this until you hit elemental flat damage (not very easy… could go 30 or 40 augs before seeing it, or could get lucky and see it after just a few). From there, use a greater essence to add a mod you like (rarity is an option, but probably makes more sense to go for elemental or chaos res). Then use Uul-Netol’s catalyst to add physical mod quality. Then use an omen of homogenizing catalyzation, omen of sinistral exaltation, and a greater/perfect exalt to aim to add flat physical damage. So now you have a ring with 2x flat damage, a resist, and some other suffix.
Finally (and this step is 3-4 div), do the same thing with esh’s catalyst, but instead of a sinistral exaltation omen, use a greater exaltation omen. This will aim at flat lightning damage for the prefix and flat lightning resist for the suffix. Alternatively (and more expensive), use a reaver catalyst to avoid hitting % lightning damage (which is otherwise more likely to hit than flat damage)

Get a helmet with higher armour. You can get one from trade with 1000 armour for 50 exalts. This will help compensate for less armour on your gloves (since ideally they should be 3x flat attack, although that’s not easy to achieve).

Back to the gloves: if you can get +2 melee skills, that should be a pretty big damage boost. I don’t know how prices are for those, especially with flat attack and/or attack speed. But if you can, that would really help.

No comment on the skill tree or supports. Apart from crafting nice gear, I am bad at this game.
Good luck!
