What to do with/which to use??

So I’m pretty new and just hit level 82. Crafted one of these boots and bought the other for 50 exalts cause fuck it. I was gonna use the second set because it has the chaos resist, but the first one hit double sockets… 45% movement speed with 2 extra runes, ughhh. I don’t think I can resist that.

What do exiles??
