Sell it. Use the level 9 when you get one.

Yeah, just sell it. Its just not really that valuable to you, the only reason its that high is because the people twinking with it have infinite currency and don't care paying for more than its worth.

That's such a silly mechanic. If you have a level 20 green you should be able to designate it to any gem level below. In poe1 you can lower the level of gems with a scoring orb at the vendor, they should just let you do that here too

Buy some good leveling gear for 9-10 divs instead.

You can get a higher level gem much cheaper.

Uncut Spirit lvl 8 is Like 11 divines. Sell it, its a huge boost in the campain
