Help with Werewolf Survivability T15+

I am running juiced triple abyssal tablets with corrupted T15+. Most of the time I am fine but sometimes I still get blown up. What can I do to increase my defenses other then just increasing ES more. Is it worth getting the +1 max elemental resistances. Any advice is appreciated.

The resistances are bugged for lightening I have maxed all resist except for fire. I have 10.5k energy shield.

Cap ele res, get es leech, increase damage at least twice. Yours 9k ES CI should be well enough to sustain.

Get you a delirium tablet with rare mobs and either rarity or monster effectiveness if you already have good rarity and the 18 abyss tablet. Just dropped 6 omen of light in one map with 19% rarity on my gear but running rarity tablets
