Check if You have set it up in both weapon sets. Talismans have a tendency to switch to second weapon slot when You are in town or interact with objects.

That was it! setting it to both weapon sets fixed it. Thanks a lot! 😊

Might be because it's set on weapon 2? Try clicking the arrow to set it for weapon 1 and check if requirements are met?

Happened to me once because I didn't have enough atributtes to meet the requierement on both weapon sets

Activate it for both weapon sets..
