"Recently" effects

For context, i am a casual player trying druid with "recently shapeshifted" buffs, and while it is very fun to juggle forms around, 4 seconds is very small amount of time for this. Maybe GGG just hates my hands.

So i have a few questions:

  1. Is there any way to increase "Recently" period?
  2. Is there any mods that can visualise "Recently" period?

The best You can get is "If the triggering event happens again during that period, the resulting effect continues uninterrupted.", which is just a regular refreshing.
