Is there a way to safely remove commander room?

Hey! I’m curious if there’s a way to safely remove a couple (oomph) commander rooms in my chain in my temple. Due to a series of unfortunate events, my temple got wrecked and I panicked and tried to put it back together hastily not knowing that I couldn’t place spymasters in the chain after I’d placed a commander. Is there any relatively safe way to get rid of my two commander rooms? I’m okay with it being a bit risky, but obviously the safer the better. I was thinking something involving the “sacrifice a room” ability but I’m a noob to this.

Thank you in advance! Also okay with just finding out I have to just bite the bullet and maybe start a new snake internally to capitalize on spymaster rooms.

Do you have a picture of your temple? It's really dependent on the layout, and it's hard to help out with zero information.

You lock the garrison right after the last spymaster in your chain and then you farm architect until closing the temple deletes all the commander rooms. Then you start stacking spymaster garrison depot chains until you're done with spymasters and can start adding alchemy labs corruption rooms.
