Will the architect change his position?

I’m building the Fubgun Temple and I have a question about the architect’s position. I’ve already done him a second time, I completed the entire temple, and he doesn’t want to move in any direction. Will he ever move to the right, or should I, for example, remove the last Corruption Chamber to make him more "space"? Maybe i shouldnt finish the full temple and after architect just close temple? Basically my temple does not destabilize, it just close in a way when you close incomplete temple (my is completed as you can se in the video)

I don’t know how the architect’s movement math works.

This is a tricky one. Not 100% sure on the answer. If his adjacency rules don't include the diagonal spaces, he should have 3 potential places to spawn. If they do include diagonals, he's set there until you remove the corruption, for 3 potential spawns again. If no one knows how diagonal spaces factor in, you can remove corruption for a maximum of 5 potential spawns. Also, he can be quite stubborn about moving sometimes. Can take a number of tried to get him to budge

FYI here is the exact same setup and OP was able to move architect. I think deleting last corruption chamber can do the trick. I will test it and I will post result here. https://www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExile2/s/kgolpu6XOh

  1. Lock the room(smithy in this case) that connects to architect.
  2. Kill the architect

It will to the position you want

If you do not lock the smithy, then there are 2 positions where Architect can go, so it is 50/50.

Oh wait! I think I saw a video, where ppl say that when you lock a room before an architect, he will definitely move, so lock one connected to him. If i find a video I'll link it
