Update on my Post Yesterday:
I spent around 5-6k Div on this for my Plant Spell Oracle Build.
Fracture Spell Damage, looked for Increased physical spell Damage and pretty much Whittled the rest. Got pretty Lucky I think :D
Meanwhile im trying getting res capped.

As a general rule of thumb: if this reddit helps you with item pricing, they generally underestimate the value by a lot
