Is there ACTUALLY a fix to the stuttering and game crashes?

I have deleted the shader cache a few times now and I've turned off Dynamic Res, as well as switching to vulkan and back a few times, but nothing has worked. I still get the "POE 2 is currently not responding" message when I run maps to the point where I haven't touched the game in a few weeks. Keep in mind POE 2 is the only game this happens to, It didn't happen when I first got the game either. It only started last season and got worse this season.

So the question is, is there even a fix to this? Also it's definitely just a problem with POE 2 because like I said I play other games fine, and that's including POE 1 lol.

it’s mostly a problem related to your connection. source: 400+ hours with stuttering went away after changing network provider and using cables instead of wifi.

No. Their servers need work. 0 issues with anything else in my library ever. Path is the only game where I get multiple thousands of ms in latency spikes every 10 seconds. Some people it works just fine. Others not so much.
