Something with higher crit, maybe more sockets and flat extra damage as an element instead of that hybrid mana roll. A higher +spell skill would also be nice.

You can craft something like this for around 500/700 divs if you get maybe a crit on spells base fracture, all spell skills chaos role and a desecrated suffix, then 1 by 1 you can add your prefixes and when they’re done and rolled you can omen of light the suffix until you get cast speed

If you don't want to bother with adonias ego Generally you want max + to spells for wands/staffs and add extra from the elements you use. Normal damage modifiers you usually want at most one line because you get them a lot through other means like skill tree. Crit modifiers and cast speed are nice to have depending on your build but come with a premium.

Slightly more than half of builds are using staff, while only 20% are using wand + focus. You don't seem to need the spirit from a sceptre, so I don't think it's worth comparing to those builds. By selecting "Rare Wand" in the Item filter, it will then show the distribution of weapon base type and most common mods. You can click on profiles to see exact items that you'd want to copy.

It's hard to say without checking pob, but in general you would want a +4 to all spell skills, then spell/elemental damage and two %gained as prefixes. Crit chance and cast speed come last. They are "premium" affixes that give a smaller dps increase but higher QoL.

I can give you a step by step crafting explanation if you want to try making it yourself, but it's highly likely you will run out of divines half way through, the craft it guaranteed but the cost is rng.
