Question for crafters - how can I get rid off a mana per enemy kill ?

Can omen of light annul and then you have a 50/50 whittle or you can 1/3 suffix annul.

Only way to guarantee removing exactly mpk is with locks. And at that point you're better off just starting from scratch with chaos orbs.

The best option you have is probably to omen of light the prefix desecrate and then 50/50 gamble with whittling+dextral erasure with a regular chaos and hope you RNG into a low-level prefix. Then you can desecrate the suffix for something such as T1 mana regen and whittle the prefix again.

You’re just going to otherwise keep whittling into MOK or Regen without a desecrate.

Is this an exceptional base? Are you willing to risk 1/4 chance poofing the item? If so recombing spell damage + all spells + cast speed with a low tier mana will be the highest success rate of removing T1 mana per kill.
