Help With Shrine Scepter
Is it worth trying to reroll life regen and attack speed for spirt if I wanted to sell, and would desecrating +minion levels be the best last stat? Thanks.

Ok so for minions, it would be best if u use Rattling sceptre, as it has 2 skeletons by default, that does not use spirit. Also in sceptre u want atleast 30-40% spirit increase beside minion levels. Other than that, crit dmg, increased damage and crit dmg bonus are the best stats for minions

spirit is prefix and desecrating + 4 minion level is very low chance.
