Amazing Customer Service
Hi I just got a new computer after years of only having an XBox. I love POE2 on Xbox so I downloaded it on PC. Log in to see an error saying I dont have early access and need to buy it. Kind of a bummer. I click the link but it just takes me to a page where it won't let me buy it.
I wasn't sure if I needed a 2nd key or not. I emailed support.
I got a real reply in like 2 mins saying I do need another key. So I then reply with a screenshot showing the link will not let me even buy one.
He replied again within 2 minutes with a completely different link that does actually work so I can now buy one.
Anyways it was just a shock to me that I got a real human reply in 2 mins both times. I didn't buy the second key yet as I needed to cook dinner lol but I will tonight.
Thanks GGG I honestly am shocked real people are working at support and replying so fast.
