Temple - Advice needed

As per title. (well to be fair, instructions, not advice)

Started the league, didn't read up on the mechanic. In game explanations are.... useless. Through blind luck got ~20 odd rooms up - without being destroyed. Good fun!

Then the wipeout started. Now i cannot seem to do anything without the temple continually getting destroyed - and 6 runs now, i cannot get the pieces to get to the key. So i'm stuck, and starting to get frustrated..

Basically this is what I've got left.

What do i do from here? I've looked up a couple of guides - but the mechanic still seems so convoluted and confusing as.

Try to build your path towards the key and throw some stacking rooms to link up (hold alt to see which rooms can connect with which rooms).

Do NOT run Architect until you get Atziri first (could do both in one temple if you like), as he will wipe a huge chunk once defeated.

You should be getting more rooms/paths than you'd lose each temple run (unless you do Architect).
