Hi! This is my staff, I have a question. Since I don't have ice damage but lightning and fire damage, does the comet damage scale less than if I had added ice damage? My build is Anthony Bloodmage Spark Comet. Any suggestions?

Gain extra damage does not care. The only difference is that gain extra cold damage would have increased how fast you freeze enemies. The damage will be the same. Unless you specced into cold pen.
