Can find +3 if you annulment the dex off but you have full suffix

I wish either + Skills would go away or they would just add an essence into the game that puts plus skills on an amulet. Crafting amulets is the worst. It’s possible for you to get it but how many divines will you have to spend to find it?

Those are all suffixes. Since skills is mandatory, the only you thing you could try is suffix desecration, hope to a) hit the 1/3 dex b) manage to hit 1 in a million +3 skills. Terrible odds. If you do hit the dex fracturing is probably worth it (divine for 50 spirit first), then you have 2/3 odds to hit t1 spirit or t1 crit chance). If you don't fracture, you can use it as recomb fodder

Abyssal essence and try to hit dex. Miss is cheap if you hit spend 1million exalts worth of currency trying to hit +skill
