Tell me your favorite non-monk monk-like build

Monk is a class oriented to use staff, unnarmed strikes and martial arts. Martial arts may be considered staff or unnarmed attack enhanced with elemental effects. If you have to use staff, unnarmed strikes and martial arts with another class, what class will you choose and what build for that?
