Weird slowdown bug in PoE 2: movement and attacks crawl

Yes, it's a known bug that makes chill or temporal chains linger even after the debuff is gone. Open a bug report on the forums if you can, please. More reports shluld bring more attention to fixing it.

Also, do you use weapon swap? I'm testing a theory it has something to do with swapping weapons just as the debuff is about to run off.

I have a frequent similar bug when I exit certain interactions, it happens when I touch the well sometimes and more often when I leave the operating table after getting a Vaal Body part where the character freezes like a statue and will slide along very slowly. It is solved by casting a skill from weapon set 2. Weird.

This has been going on since the start of the league, the quick fix I found is just refill to a well. I don't have an exact idea how it happens, it feels like its a chill effect that doesn't go away. It has killed me multiple times because of how slow it is.

Wonder if it’s connected to the …bug? Where everything freezes and the game needs to reload everything.
