Figuring out which weapon is better for a Forced Outcome Ice Wolf build.

I came across a weapon with amazing suffixes and crafted some T3 physical prefixes before I gave up on it. It gives +5% crit chance and +2 to melee skills compared to my old weapon, but has less physical and elemental damage.

According to PoB it's a damage increase for all but one of my skills (Herald of Ice). PoB says it's actually a 14% crit chance increase, even though it's only +5% over the old weapon (not sure how that works).

The in-game numbers on the skills go up with the new weapon (except again for Herald of Ice), with some increasing by more than 10k.

The confusion comes in because PoB says it does not support Forced Outcome, so I have no idea which weapon is actually better. I read somewhere that 25-30% crit chance is good enough with Forced Outcome. I was already at 32% with my old weapon. The new weapon takes me up to 46% according to PoB. Is that extra 14% crit chance largely wasted with Forced Outcome, or is it still a big damage gain?

How do I figure out which weapon does more damage? I'm tempted to try and sell the new one and just get a better version of my old weapon, but not sure.
