What to do here?

The plan was to follow Milky simple guide, but I just realised he starts with corruption chamber, thaumaturge and alchemy lab then progress with spymaster chain. Should I try to start my second snake down the middle and allow the left to destabilise? or add in some other rooms to the main snake? I know I can get those rooms in with some planning but I think it'll be difficult - any advice? I don't know which rooms produce the best loot either. The centre snake is just fodder

I had a similar situation where I started my chain with spymasters right away and then decided to follow a guide that starts with something else

I made a full circle of spymasters to the other side (shy of one tile to not loop) and then rolled until I had the correct first tile and a sacrificial chamber at the same time

then I simply placed the correct tile creating a loop and immediately placed a sacrificial chamber to disconnect it on the other side

note: I did not look into your specific situation and whether or not my experience is applicable
