yes its for beltons dreaming quarterstaff build. relies on power charges for big damage scaling. the spirit is huge as well

Most probably its just collector’s item. As far as I know i dont think any build want this at 1 mirror price

Extra spirit in a slot that normally doesnt get it can be massive

I would say getting extra charges and spirit on a ring for late endgame build is huge and if you’re already rich you would pay a mirror for the extra percentage in damage
